a mixed experience. service need improvement.
stained carpet overwhelmed staff
the breakfast area looked old. the carpet had some obvious stains i saw. the staff looked overwhelmed. also, the cost of food didn't match the quality really. i think the hotel should look into this, it.

The breakfast offered a perfect view from the dining room. I found this really relaxing. the staff were helpful. breakfast was tasty. there were many choices, it was easy to find something i liked.

A TRULY romantic getaway
quick valet spacious room
This hotel was so good for our honeymoon. The hotel decor and art inside impressed us GREATLY. The valet services were ALWAYS quick, bringing our car promptly when requested. A HUGE plus for exploring the area at our own pace. The room was spacious, with a garden view, which we enjoyed every morning.
At the main restaurant, asking for a table without a reservation resulted in staff highlighting that tables were reserved for specific nationalities. SUCH a disappointing experience.

The hotel features easy access to golf clubs, perfect for enthusiasts wanting to practice their swing. A candlelight concert on the rooftop offered AMAZING atmosphere. The hotel includes convenient parking, which simplified our daily excursions.

Reception and concierge services assisted with both golf and restaurant reservations. The breakfast buffet included various options. The iberico eggs benedict topped with caviar WERE notable. Staff members were helpful.

helpful staff great choices
The staff members were helpful and polite. Breakfast offered many great choices and I enjoyed it very much. I found a good gym and spa. These facilities were well maintained. A wedding happened , but it was managed well.
